ABOUT US

Who We Are

We are an independent local charity dedicated to improving the lives of those living with dementia, and their families, within our community.  

Our aims are:

1.  To provide information and awareness training to the local community, and signpost sources of support and advice

2.  We will advocate for local families living with dementia

3. We provide, enable and co-ordinate voluntary and non-specialist activities for those living with dementia within the community

4. We work with partners to define and implement community infrastructure to support those living with dementia
